1. Are your items truly vintage?

Yes! Every piece in our shop is authentically vintage unless stated otherwise — meaning it’s at least 20 years old (and fabulous). We hand-select each item for its charm, quality, and uniqueness.

2. How do sizing and fit work?

Vintage sizing is different from modern sizing. We list both:

• Tagged size (if available)

• Exact measurements in inches (bust, waist, hips, length)

Pro tip: Compare measurements to something you already love wearing for the best fit!

3. What’s the condition of the clothes?

We only sell items in great vintage condition. Some signs of wear (like fading or minor fraying) are natural for vintage, and we’ll always note them in the product description or in photographs. No surprises here.

4. Can I return or exchange an item?

Because our pieces are one-of-a-kind, all sales are final. That said, if you have any issues, email us within 3 days of receiving your item and we’ll do our best to make it right.

5. Do you ship internationally?

Yep! We ship worldwide from Michigan. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout.

6. How fast will my order ship?

We typically ship orders within 2–3 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your package is on the move.

7. Can I reserve or hold an item?

Unfortunately, we don’t hold items — everything is first come, first served. If you love it, snag it before someone else does!

8. Do you restock items?

Nope — each piece is one-of-one. Once it’s gone, it’s gone forever. Follow us on Instagram for first dibs on new drops!

9. How do you clean vintage items?

We clean or steam all garments (unless labeled deadstock/new-old-stock). If any special care instructions apply, we’ll include them in the shipping box.
